Anatomy is one of major subject related to normal structure of human body among the basic medical sciences. The department of anatomy is located at ground floor, newly built college campus of FRPMC established as per rules and regulations laid by PMC.
It comprises of well trained and experienced faculty members. The department has well established and well lit dissection hall with a large mortuary, well stocked museum equipped with models of gross anatomy, embryology and histology which helps to clear concepts of complex human anatomy to students. Histology lab equipped with latest teaching aids including projections and multi head teaching microscopes to facilitate effective teaching and learning environment.
The motto of department is to provide quality medical education in human anatomy by applying innovative teaching and learning strategies and to integrate this knowledge with other basic medical sciences subjects for complete understanding of common diseases.
